 Press the thermoelectric ignition safety device (piezo ignition) to switch on the heater. The heating head begins to glow red after about 20 minutes. You can adjust the patio heater continuously. This means you retain control over the heat radiation. The controls are all located inside the stainless steel housing. This protects the elements from dirt and moisture.
